Taken at the Árbæjarsafn Museum, an open-air museum opened in 1957. Old houses from Reykjavík have been relocated there from the center of Reykjavík to form a small village. If you look carefully, you will see my reflection on the back end of the car.

Þingvellir National Park is the site of a rift valley that marks the crest of the Mid-Atlantic Ridge. The world's oldest parliament or Alþingi was established at Þingvellir in 930 and remained there until 1798

Hallgrímskirkja church is Reykjavík's main landmark. Its tower can be seen from almost everywhere in the city.
